Wes graduated from North Carolina State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology, Human Physiology concentration.

Responsibilities
Working out of Randstad Technologies' Charlotte, NC office, Wes' management experience and industry business knowledge has helped facilitate the growth of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions for the company. With a continued and refined focus on gaining market share and an understanding of the company's key service offerings, branches under his leadership excel with increased sales and an expanding client base.

Company History
Wes started his career with Randstad Technologies, formerly Sapphire Technologies in July of 1998 as an Account Manager working out of the company's Raleigh-Durham, NC branch office. He has achieved success in each position he has held, earning a spot at President's Club as an Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. Wes has been instrumental in developing Randstad Technologies' largest account to date, Bank of America, and his day to day involvement in the copmany's account development strategy has been critical to Randstad Technologies' success with BAC. His demonstrated leadership in managing multiple branches led to Wes' appointment as Vice President of the Southeast Region in the fall of 2010.
